Weekend Wrap Up!
Time to wrap up another weekend. Not much going on.
We celebrated the Mother-in-Laws 66th birthday Friday. We took her to Red Lobster, Then stopped by one of BH's Cousins fro a visit.
La Nina cracked me up the other day. I was taking her to potty, and while she was going, I took off my glasses, and set them on the counter. She grabbed them before I knew what was happening.
I got them back from her and said, "These are Daddy's glasses."
She looked at me and said, "Dose yor sunglasses?"
"No, these are my seeing glasses. They help me to see."
"But you has two big eyes and a big nose."
"I know I have two big eyes, but they don't work very well, so Daddy wears these to help me see."
"Yuse eyes don't work bery good?"
"No honey, they don't work very good."
"Oohh. We need buy yose new eyes?"
"Honey, I wish we could."
You may notice I completely ignored her telling me I had a big nose.

I have thought before about having laser eye surgery. But I don't think I would be a good candidate.
One eye probably would, but not the other.
You see, one of my optic nerves is twice as big as it should be. The optometrist said that was a sign that I will probably end up with glaucoma. When she did the puff test, The pressure inside that eye was 2 lbs over the limit.
She did say that they were remedies now-a-days, but nothing foolproof.

Finally broke out La Nina's pool today, as it was 90 degrees. I taught her how to run and jump into it.
